2020年1月15日，海誠農業集團召開2019年度工作總結暨2020年工作動員大會。集團公司黨委、經營班子成員，公司機關及所屬單位部門的全體同志參加了會議。農業集團黨委書記楊福德主持會議，農業集團黨委副書記楊麗南臨時受總經理李彥睿委托代表集團公司做工作報告，海誠貿易有限公司常務副總經理白國玉、海誠農業技術服務公司經理劉國日分別就本部門的工作做了總結發言。會議首先播放了農業集團成立以來的業績展播。

貿易有限公司常務副總經理白國玉圍繞工貿公司職能作了總結發言。他說，截至2019年12月末，工貿公司累計完成貨物交易量近1.1萬噸，實現銷售收入5100萬元，在天津港蕎麥業務穩居業界前三甲。新的一年，工貿公司將廣泛拓展國際合作空間，開辟歐洲市場的新航道。力爭實現全年工貿產值翻一番，力爭實現貿易進口額200萬美元。

農業技術服務公司劉國日經理圍繞農業技術服務公司職能在大會上作了表態發言。他說，一年來，農業技術服務公司全體員工堅持“學、干、改”三位一體，立足實踐，在做實特色產業基地上實現了突破。完成了高標準軟棗獼猴桃園區的升級改造工程，培育了優質品種，創直接經濟效益100余萬元。先后對接8個項目村財政扶持項目，實現了與村集體經濟發展的互惠共贏。

楊福德書記在總結講話中說，確保實現2020年新目標、新任務，堅持黨的領導和加強黨的建設是關鍵。要抓黨建、履職能，抓主業，闖新路，抓班子、帶隊伍，為企業發展聚智慧、獻力量。

Bai Guoyu, executive deputy general manager of Trade Co., Ltd., made a summary speech around the functions of the industry and trade company. He said that by the end of December 2019, the industrial and trade company had completed nearly 11000 tons of goods transactions and achieved sales revenue of 51 million yuan, ranking the top three in the industry in the buckwheat business of Tianjin port. In the new year, the industry and trade company will expand the space for international cooperation and open up a new channel for the European market. We will strive to double the output value of industry and trade throughout the year, and strive to realize the import value of US $2 million.

Liu guori, manager of agricultural technology service company, made a speech at the conference on the functions of agricultural technology service company.
